Welcome to Foundlie, a service provided by Okflare Inc., a Delaware C Corporation registered in the United States. These terms govern your use of our website and services.

By using our website or ordering any service from us, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Foundlie provides international company formation services for freelancers, founders, SaaS owners, and online business owners, including:

• US LLC formation (such as Wyoming or Delaware)
• UK LTD formation through Companies House
• EIN applications with the IRS
• Registered agent or registered office support
• Banking guidance for tools such as Mercury, Wise, and Relay
• Guidance around payment tools such as Stripe and PayPal
• Post-formation support depending on the selected package

Foundlie is a formation service provider, not a law firm or accounting firm. We do not provide legal or tax advice.

3. Your obligations

When ordering our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Update your details if anything changes
• Not use our services for unlawful purposes
• Respond to requests for information and documents in a timely way

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Foundlie is not responsible for delays or issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. A valid passport and recent proof of address are required.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown on the pricing page in EGP and US dollars. Formation fees are paid once when you begin the service.

Available payment methods may include EasyKash, bank transfer, Stripe, and Wise.

After formation, annual renewal fees may apply depending on the structure and jurisdiction. See the pricing page for details.

Prices may change, but confirmed and paid orders are not affected by later updates.

6. Timelines

Estimated formation time is usually 5 to 10 business days depending on the structure and jurisdiction. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Processing speed depends on government authorities and other third parties outside our control.

7. Intellectual property

All content, design, and brand assets on Foundlie belong to Foundlie or are licensed to us. They may not be reused without permission.

You retain ownership of your company and its official documents.

8. Limitation of liability

Foundlie is a formation service provider, not a law firm, accounting firm, or tax adviser. We are not responsible for:

• Decisions by government authorities, banks, or payment providers
• Delays outside our control
• Losses caused by treating website information as a substitute for specialist advice
• Rejections from banking or payment providers

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.

9. Cancellation and termination

You may cancel before documents are filed with the relevant authority. After filing, government fees are generally non-refundable.

Foundlie may refuse or terminate service if the information provided is inaccurate or the intended use is unlawful.
