Refund policy

We believe in clear expectations. This page explains our refund policy in a practical and straightforward way.

1. Refund guarantee

If we cannot complete your company formation from our side, we refund you in full.

This guarantee covers situations where we, as the service provider, are unable to complete the service for reasons attributable to us.

2. Cancellation before filing

If you cancel before we file the formation documents with the relevant authority, you are eligible for a full refund.

Contact us by email or WhatsApp and we will begin the refund review immediately.

3. Cancellation after filing

Once the formation documents have been filed, government fees already paid on your behalf are generally non-refundable.

In these cases, a partial refund of service fees may still be possible, excluding government and third-party costs.

4. Non-refundable fees

The following fees are generally non-refundable once paid:

• Government filing fees
• EIN filing costs where applicable
• Expedited processing fees once work has started
• Any third-party fees paid on your behalf

5. Refund process

To request a refund:

1. Contact us by email or WhatsApp
2. Share your order number and reason for the request
3. We review the request and respond within 3 business days
4. If approved, payment is returned within 7 to 14 business days using the original payment method where possible

6. Exceptions

Refunds are generally not available when:

• Formation has been successfully completed and all documents have been delivered
• Delays were caused by the client not providing required documents or information
• Incorrect client information caused the request to fail
• The client abandons the request after work has already started without informing us
